Early Years & Primary Schools
Yoga is an activity that focuses on the individual physical development of the child. The movements and postures that are taught are age appropriate and provide opportunities for the children to manage their thoughts and breathing techniques. The child is given the tools to deal with our fast paced, outcomes based society in a non-competitive environment whilst incorporating valuable life lessons and affirmations. The classes I provide place no emphasis on the spiritual aspect of yoga.

MOVING MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS
I provide Moving Mindfulness Workshops after school or during inset days to share the tools and strategies that I teach the toddlers and children. These techniques can be incorporated into everyday school lives which have benefits for both inside and outside the classroom.
